MARCH MADNESS #BREWERBODY STYLE. It’s that time of year. Hope all your brackets are ready. 🏀 Who do you have winning it all? Here’s a new kind of bracket. The following is the most challenging way to complete the bracket, but keep reading for alternative ways to complete it.
Perform the exercises in the first column for 30 seconds each;
Perform the exercises in the second column for 45 seconds each;
Perform the exercises in the third column for 60 seconds each;
Perform the exercises in the fourth column for 90 seconds each;
Perform the exercises in the fifth column for 2 minutes;
Perform the exercises in the fifth column for 3 minutes (This is the championship match-up.);
If you are feeling up to it, complete the bracket by working your way all the way to the right with the same intervals, this time working your way from 2 minutes back to the 30 seconds.
I suggest working your way up to the full bracket, or even half the bracket. Feel free to pick a quarter of the bracket and complete that, maybe even two rounds. You can mix and match the quarters and make your own workout. If you don’t have access to a rowing machine, perform a sprint or other cardio movement for that time.
